I am an independent comic artist and an undergraduate at Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology (UNIST), majoring in Industrial Engineering and Design. I am also an Undergraduate Researcher on the iDea Team at Yonsei University's Human-Data Interaction Lab (HDIL), advised by Prof. Dae Hyun Kim. Previously, I worked as an MLOps engineer at LionRocket and as a machine learning scientist at thingsflow.

I create visual narratives such as comics and webtoons, and study Human-AI Interaction. I build creativity support tools for comic creation and run user evaluations with people working in the comics industry. I try to tell stories of adventure and fresh experiences beyond everyday life, with characters of integrity who inspire empathy and admiration. AI is part of my creative process: it understands my intent, suggests ideas, and makes storytelling more approachable. My goal is to help anyone create their own visual stories easily and joyfully through genuine collaboration with AI.

Outside of work, I enjoy comics, novels, and animation, and I love chatting with people over coffee ☕

저는 독립 만화가이자, 울산과학기술원(UNIST)에서 산업공학과 디자인을 전공하는 학부생입니다. 연세대학교 Human-Data Interaction Lab의 iDea Team에서 김대현 교수님의 지도를 받는 학부 연구생으로도 활동하고 있습니다. 이전에는 라이언로켓에서 MLOps 엔지니어로, 띵스플로우에서 머신러닝 사이언티스트로 일했습니다.

만화와 웹툰 같은 시각 서사를 만들고, Human-AI Interaction을 연구합니다. 만화 창작을 돕는 창의지원도구를 개발하고, 만화계 관계자를 대상으로 사용자 평가를 진행합니다. 일상 너머의 모험과 새로운 경험, 그리고 공감과 동경을 불러일으키는 단단한 인물들이 담긴 이야기를 그리고자 합니다. AI는 제 의도를 이해하고 아이디어를 제안하며 이야기 만들기를 한결 수월하게 해 주는 창작 과정의 동료입니다. 누구나 AI와 협업하며 쉽고 즐겁게 자신의 시각 이야기를 만들 수 있도록 돕는 것이 제 목표입니다.

업무 외 시간에는 만화와 소설, 애니메이션을 즐기고, 커피와 함께 사람들과 이야기 나누는 시간을 좋아합니다 ☕
